CHANGING RATIO
Simply change the numbers if you want to change the ratios.
STRIPBOARD LAYOUT
-100nF, decoupling capacitor is soldered next to PCF8574, not underneath the board.
-Those ugly looking octopuses are actually RGB leds (PL9823).
-When you upload the sketch, you should install the libraries first. Without them, it won't work.

It's actual size so you can use it as a drilling template.
